Sa pagbabago ng panahon, may bagong umuusbong. Ang Artificial Intelligence (AI) ay hindi lamang isang kasangkapan ng kaalaman, kundi liwanag at instrumento upang lumikha ng mga bagong posibilidad, nagbubukas ng mga pananaw, at nagpapayabong sa wikang ipinamana. 🤖

Hayaan nating maging katuwang ang AI sa pag-unlad ng ating kaalaman, habang ang Wikang Filipino ang magsisilbing daan na maghahatid sa bawat Pilipino tungo sa karunungang may layunin, karunungang naglilingkod sa bayan, at kinabukasang kailanman ay hindi malilimot ang sariling pagkakakilanlan. 🌾✨

Bilang pagpapatuloy ng sama-samang pangangalaga sa kaayusan, disiplina, at kaligtasan ng pamayanang pang-edukasyon, nagsagawa ang PNP Santo Tomas Municipal Police Station, La Union PPO, katuwang ang STNHS Parents Teacher Association at mga tagapayo ng mga organisasyon ng mga mag-aaral, ng isang surprise inspection sa loob ng paaralan. Nakatuon ang isinagawang inspeksyon sa pagtukoy ng mga ipinagbabawal na e-cigarette (v**e) at matutulis o matatalim na kagamitan upang higit na matiyak ang isang ligtas at maayos na kapaligiran para sa lahat.

Ang tunay na disiplina ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa pagsunod sa mga alituntunin, kundi sa pagpapahalaga sa kapakanan ng bawat isa. Ang isang paaralang ligtas ay bunga ng sama-samang pananagutan, integridad, at pagtalima sa mga umiiral na patakaran. Sapagkat “Daig ng maagap ang masipag,” ang maagap na pag-iingat at responsableng pagkilos ang nananatiling matibay na saligan ng isang payapa, maayos, at huwarang komunidad ng Sto. Tomas National High School.

🚨 SHAKING UP PREPAREDNESS: Sto. Tomas National High School Joins NSED 2026 🌏✨

Natural disasters may come without warning, but preparedness is a choice we make every day. On June 18, 2026, the Sto. Tomas National High School community took part in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), demonstrating the importance of awareness, discipline, and readiness during emergencies. 🇵🇭🏫

As part of this nationwide initiative, students, teachers, and school personnel practiced essential earthquake response procedures designed to promote safety and minimize risks during seismic events. The activity served as a reminder that knowing what to do before, during, and after an earthquake can save lives. 🛡️📚

📌 Highlights of the Drill:

📌 Immediate Response
At the sound of the alarm, participants promptly performed the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure, applying the basic yet crucial steps for personal protection during an earthquake.

📌 Orderly Evacuation
Once the simulated shaking ended, students were guided through designated evacuation routes toward safe assembly areas, showcasing discipline and cooperation throughout the process.

📌 Safety Assessment
Attendance was checked and the overall response was evaluated to ensure that the school community remains prepared and capable of responding effectively in real emergency situations.

Preparedness is more than a requirement—it is a shared responsibility. Through activities like the NSED, every Thomasian gains the knowledge, confidence, and presence of mind needed to respond wisely when challenges arise. 💡🤝

🌏🚨 EARTHQUAKE DRILL | June 11, 2026

The Sto. Tomas National High School, held an Earthquake Drill to improve awareness and readiness for unexpected emergencies.

The drill showed us that earthquakes can happen without a warning which is why being prepared is important. Knowing the right actions to take during emergencies helps us respond effectively and keep ourselves and others safe. 📚🛡️

It is important to stay calm and pray. Panic can make it difficult to think clearly, but being prepared and knowing what to do can protect everyone. 💡🤝
