Today, we mourn not only the passing of a public servant but also the loss of a leader who dedicated a significant part of his life to the service and welfare of the people of Quirino. His passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, colleagues, constituents, and the many individuals whose lives were touched by his leadership and service.
As Quirinian students and members of an organization that carries the identity and spirit of Quirino wherever we are, we recognize the significance of this loss. Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua served as one of the provinceโs leaders, representing the aspirations, hopes, and interests of the Quirinian people. His commitment to public service and his contributions to the development of the province will remain an enduring part of the story of Quirino and its people.
At this difficult time, we extend our deepest and most sincere condolences to his bereaved family, relatives, friends, colleagues in government, and all those who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. We pray that they may find strength, comfort, and peace as they navigate this painful period of mourning.
We also stand in solidarity with our fellow Quirinians. May we come together as one community to remember his life, honor his service, and offer our prayers for his eternal rest. In moments of grief, may the spirit of unity and solidarity that binds the people of Quirino remain strong.
His passing reminds us that leadership is measured not only by the position one holds, but also by the lives touched, the service rendered, and the legacy left behind. The memory of his service to the province will continue to live on in the people he served and in the generations of Quirinians who will carry forward the responsibility of building a better province.
As students, we are reminded that the future of Quirino rests in our hands. May the life and service of Governor Cua inspire us to become responsible, compassionate, and committed leaders who will continue to serve our communities with integrity, humility, and genuine concern for others.
