Congratulations to the Konsyumer Assistance Protection and Welfare Association (KAPWA) of Santiago City for winning the Best Project Proposal 2026 (Consumer Protection Category), awarded by DTI Region 2!

The winning proposal, "SMART KAPWA โ€“ Shaping Mindful and Responsible Tomorrowโ€™s Consumers through Knowledge, Advocacy, Protection, Welfare, and Awareness," was presented by KAPWA Vice President Mr. Epraim E. Abat, MBA.
