Noong Enero 18, 2026, isinagawa ng Sangguniang Kabataan Council ng Barangay Rosario ang Kalinisan Day—isang makabuluhang hakbang tungo sa isang malinis, ligtas, at maayos na komunidad. Buong pusong nakiisa ang KKDAT Rosario Chapter sa proyektong ito sa pamamagitan ng aktibong pakikilahok sa paglilinis ng bawat purok, bilang pagpapakita ng malasakit at pananagutan sa aming barangay.

Ang sama-samang pagkilos na ito ay patunay na kapag ang kabataan ay nagkakaisa, ang pagbabago ay nagsisimula. Ang kalinisan ay hindi lamang tungkulin—ito ay isang paninindigan para sa mas maayos na kinabukasan.

On December 13, 2025, the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) Rosario Chapter donated two (2) board games—Chess and Game of the Generals—to the Teen Center of Sinili Integrated School. These recreational materials were provided to give the youth positive activities they can enjoy and use as a healthy outlet, especially during times when they feel stressed.

This initiative aims to promote camaraderie, critical thinking, and stress relief among students, making the Teen Center a more engaging and supportive space for the youth.

On December 13, 2025, the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) Rosario Chapter, in collaboration with the Rosy Teen Facilitators, successfully conducted a symposium at Sinili Integrated School focusing on the Anti-Smoking City Ordinance and Mental Health Awareness. The activity aimed to raise awareness among student leaders on the importance of maintaining a smoke-free environment while also promoting mental and emotional well-being.

The program was supported by the school administration under the leadership of School Head Jacqueline M. Diaz, with the active participation of 31 student leaders. The KKDAT Rosario Chapter discussed the city’s Anti-Smoking Ordinance, while the Rosy Teen Facilitators led an engaging session on mental health awareness.

🛑🚭 ANTI-SMOKING ORDINANCE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

In full support of a healthier and smoke-free Santiago City, the KKDAT Rosario Chapter successfully held an Anti-Smoking Ordinance Awareness campaign in collaboration with Bannawag Norte Integrated School, headed by Sir Michael Y. Torres. 🙌

A total of 128 students actively participated, learning the harmful effects of smoking and the importance of following our city’s ordinances. 👨‍🏫👩‍🏫

On June 28, 2025, KKDAT Rosario and 4-H Club Rosario joined hands to empower the youth of Purok 2, Brgy. Rosario through an impactful Youth Empowerment Forum with the theme:
“Strength in Unity: Empowering Youth for a Healthier, Smoke-Free Future.”

Key topics discussed:
🔹 The dangers of smoking and local ordinances – shared by KKDAT Secretary Roland Mel B. Jose
🔹 Proper waste management – presented by 4-H Club Rosario
🔹 The journey to becoming an SK Volunteer – shared by KKDAT President Marcial A. Reyes

Spearheaded by SK Chairperson Eliza V. Corpuz and supported by SK Kagawad Shiela Mai Vidal, this initiative highlights the power of collaboration in shaping a more aware, responsible, and health-conscious generation. 💪🌿💙

Ika-31 ng Mayo taong 2025 ginanap sa Barangay Rosario Sports Complex ang symposium tungkol sa HIV/AIDS PREVENTION sa pangunguna ng mga mahuhusay at masisipag na Presidente ng 𝙆𝙆𝘿𝘼𝙏 Rosario Chapter na si Marcial Reyes at 𝙍𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙊 𝙏𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 na si Selwyn Dela Cruz.

Naging aktibo at impormatibo ang talakayan sa pangunguna ni 𝙈𝙧. 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙡 𝘽𝙧𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙈. 𝘼𝙣𝙜 mula sa City Health Office, na siya ring nanguna sa pagsasagawa ng libreng HIV testing.

Hindi magiging matagumpay ang programang ito kung wala ang suporta ng napakahusay na konseho ng Sangguniang Kabataan, sa pamumuno ni Hon. 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖 𝙑. 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙪𝙯 kasama ang masisipag na SK Kagawad. Ang kaganapang ito ay isa sa mga hakbang tungo sa ligtas at malusog na Kabataang Rosarians.

Kayo ay makakaasa na maraming pang programa at aktibidad ang ihahatid sa inyo ng KKDAT at Sangguniang Kabataan.
