The Save Silang-Sta. Rosa River (S3R2) Foundation Inc. is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to protecting and rehabilitating the Silang-Sta. Rosa River and its sub-watersheds. Through various environmental programs and community initiatives, S3R2 promotes sustainability, ecological awareness, and watershed conservation.

One of its flagship advocacy programs is SILAKBO — short for Sikad, Lakad, Takbo — an annual environmental event that brings together runners, bikers, walkers, and families to support the preservation of our rivers and natural resources. More than just a race, SILAKBO is a movement for a cleaner, greener, and healthier future.

Umabot sa 2,812 indibidwal ang sabay-sabay na kumilos para sa kalikasan sa ginanap na SILAKBO 2026 noong Mayo 10, 2026 sa South Evozone, Nuvali bilang suporta sa pangangalaga at proteksyon ng Save Silang-Santa Rosa River. Pinangunahan ang nasabing aktibidad ng Save Silang-Santa Rosa River (S3R2) Foundation katuwang ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Santa Rosa at iba’t iba pang mga sektor ng komunidad.
Bukod sa mga indibidwal na kalahok, aktibong nakiisa rin ang iba’t ibang grupo, kumpanya, organisasyon, at pamahalaang lungsod upang ipakita ang kanilang suporta sa adbokasiya para sa kalikasan at pangangalaga sa Santa Rosa Sub-watershed.
Dumalo rin sina Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas at Vice Mayor Arnold B. Arcillas upang magpakita ng suporta at pakiisa.
