The 1st of May has been filled with enthusiasm, as The Libertas Debate Society (LDS) gathered its members, returning members, and invited students for its 2nd General Assembly on the 1st of May at Gabaldon Hallโ€“ Santa Rosa ES Central 2.

The day was divided into two sessions. The morning session oriented the parents of underaged members for a clearer understanding of the organization, and the afternoon session that brought together all members who came. Both sessions radiated enthusiasm, joy, and knowledge as notable happenings and speakers that presented throughout the event.

The afternoon session began with an ice breaker that lifted everyoneโ€™s mood, by debating with the opposing team with a word-per-word argument from each team.

Important introductions of each department were then given to formally present how LDS operates and moves every event.

To conclude the assembly, several debaters trained for an upcoming event they will be joining.

Minds have clashed, and voices have spoken.

May Libertas grow even more happier, fancier, and smarter.
