We joined as a team.
We competed as a team.
We supported each other as a team.
And we celebrate as a team. 🖤♟️🏆

♟️ THANK YOU, ROOKS! ♟️

A huge thank you to all the Rooks who participated in the Gapan United Chess Club Tournament! 🏆

To those who brought home medals and trophies, congratulations! Your hard work, discipline, and determination truly paid off. 👏

And to those who didn’t win this time, keep your heads up! Every game is a lesson, every mistake is an opportunity to improve, and every tournament makes us stronger. Your courage, effort, and commitment to representing our team are already victories. 💪♟️

Remember, we did not join the tournament as individuals—we joined as one team, one family, one ROOKS!

Whether we won or lost, every Rook played an important part in our journey. Our victories belong to all of us, and our lessons will make us stronger together.

Let’s continue to support one another, train harder, and come back even stronger.

Congratulations, Rooks! The best games are still ahead of us. 🔥♟️

It's truly heartwarming to see how far we've come. From having only a handful of players attending each week, we have now grown to the point where tables and chairs are almost no longer enough to accommodate everyone!
Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who continues to support us, especially CityMall Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija, for always generously allowing us to use the venue.
To all the coaches and talented players who shared their skills, knowledge, and passion through friendly games, and to the parents who never get tired of supporting their children, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Together, let us continue nurturing, guiding, and developing our young chess players as they grow both on and off the chessboard.
Abante Rooks! ♟

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, COACH JM Fuentes! 🎉♟️

To Coach JM, the team captain of MV Gallego, a chess varsity player, a dedicated student, a passionate coach, and above all, a true friend and inspiration to his students.

Thank you for every smile that inspires others, every game that teaches valuable lessons, and every moment you spend guiding, encouraging, and believing in your students. You are more than just a coach; you are a mentor, a friend, and a role model who reminds everyone that chess is not only about winning games but also about patience, discipline, courage, and life itself.

May you continue to inspire more young minds, achieve greater victories, and fulfill every dream you have, both on and off the chessboard.
As you pursue your dream of becoming a police officer, may you be blessed with strength, wisdom, courage, and endless opportunities to serve and make a difference in the lives of others.

Thank you for everything, Coach JM! Keep smiling, keep inspiring, and keep making a difference.
Happy birthday, and may all the best things in life and in your future be yours! 🎂❤️♟
