👉QUALIFICATIONS
1. General Average of 85% and above.
2. Parents’ joint annual income is P300,000 below
3. Graduate of any elementary school
4. Parents should be bona fide residents of the City
5. Dependent of parents working in the government are allowed to apply provided that their monthly income is P20,000/month and below (last 2 pay slips and copy of appointment is required)
👉REQUIREMENTS
1. Certificate of Good Moral Character from school graduated
2. Certificate of Residency of not less than 1 year- from respective Barangay Office
3. Income Tax Return (ITR) from BIR or Certificate of Tax Exemption from BIR District Office
4. School Grades (2nd grading) - Certified true copy with 2x2 picture (2 pcs.)
5. Parents’ Voter’s Certification
6. Birth Certificate
7. School ID
8. Long Brown Envelope
