Yesterday, May 27, 2026, the officers and members of Sinag Pag-Asa Village HOA Inc. actively participated in the Skills Training on Dishwashing Liquid Making conducted through the partnership of the PCUP and NHA.
The training provided valuable knowledge and hands-on experience on the proper process of creating dishwashing liquid. Participants learned the proper measuring and mixing of ingredients, blending and stirring procedures, adding fragrance and coloring, as well as proper bottling and storage to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the product. The activity also opened opportunities for additional livelihood and income-generating initiatives for the community.
As part of the support extended to the association, a total of 15 dishwashing liquid kits were awarded to the HOA for continuous practice and future livelihood production.
After the successful training, an election of new HOA officers was also conducted and facilitated in the presence of representatives from the NHA. During the activity, Sir Jonever of NHA explained the importance of proper leadership transition and informed the members that the elected officers shall only serve a term of two (2) years in accordance with the DSHUD Guidelines, after which another election must be conducted following the existing rules and regulations governing Homeowners Associations.

In line with the skills training conducted, the HOA is also preparing for the upcoming launch of the βπππππ πππππβ Dishwashing Refilling Station within Sinag Pag-Asa Village in the coming days or weeks. This initiative aims to provide affordable and quality dishwashing liquid products while creating a sustainable livelihood opportunity for the association and its members.
