UNITED IN LEADERSHIP, CONNECTED THROUGH SERVICE
The Rotaract Club of Santa Maria successfully held its Regular Monthly Club Meeting on August 16, 2026, conducted virtually via Zoom.
The meeting served as a valuable opportunity for our members to reconnect, share updates, evaluate our progress, and prepare for the exciting activities and initiatives ahead. Through open discussions and collaborative planning, the club continues to strengthen its commitment to meaningful service, effective leadership, and active member engagement.

1. Monthly Catch-Up and Updates β Sharing important club updates and keeping members informed of current developments and priorities.
2. Review of Previous Activities and Action Items β Assessing completed activities, following up on pending matters, and identifying areas for improvement.
3. Upcoming Events for August and September β Discussing plans, timelines, and preparations for upcoming club and district activities.
4. Project Leads, Committees, and Responsibilities β Assigning project leaders and committee responsibilities to ensure smooth coordination, accountability, and successful implementation of our initiatives.
5. Upcoming Club Activities and Opportunities β Exploring new opportunities for fellowship, leadership development, community service, and collaboration.
