📢 PAALALA SA LAHAT NG HOMEOWNERS – PASINAYA HOMES PHASE 3

Magandang araw po.

Kaugnay ng insidente ng pagsabog ng water tank sa ating subdivision, nais po naming iparating ang mga sumusunod na mahalagang abiso:

1. Pag-identify ng Property Damage

Kailangan po nating maitala ang lahat ng pinsala kaugnay ng insidente.

Mayroon lamang tayong isang (1) linggo upang i-report ang lahat ng damages.

Panawagan po sa mga homeowner na hindi pa nakatira sa Phase 3: pakidalaw po ang inyong unit upang masiguro na hindi nadamay ang inyong bahay.

2. Water Supply / Interruption

Magkakaroon ng water interruption simula bukas upang bigyang-daan ang rehabilitation ng water tank.

Sa ngayon, naka-bypass po ang ating supply mula sa Pagsibol Phase 3.

Mangyari po lamang na maghanda ng imbakan ng tubig para sa inyong pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan.

3. Commitment ng GTWC

Nangako po ang GTWC na sasagutin ang lahat ng gastusin kaugnay ng pinsala, kabilang na ang labor at materials.

Lubos po naming hinihiling ang inyong pakikipagtulungan upang maisaayos kaagad ang lahat ng naging epekto ng insidente.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL RESIDENT OF PASINAYA HOMES PHASE 3 📢

Mga kapitbahay,

Magkakaroon po ng WATER INTERRUPTION bukas August 29, 2025 (Biyernes) mula 8:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM dahil ililipat na ang ating water source sa bagong butas na ginawa ng General Trias Water Corporation.

Pinapayuhan po ang lahat ng residente na mag-ipon ng tubig ngayong gabi para may magamit sa buong araw ng interruption.

Hoping na matapos ito nang maayos at mas maging quality at stable na ang supply ng tubig dito sa ating subdivision.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa. 💧
