This journey wasnโ€™t something we experienced inside a classroom, but through every moment we chose to serve, lead, and show up for something bigger than ourselves. It wasnโ€™t always easy, there were a lot of tiring days, stressful times that made us cry, and moments we questioned everythingโ€”but having each other made it all worth it. We grew and learned together plus created memories that we know weโ€™ll always look back on.

The General Academic Strand and Arts and Design Strand provide students with opportunities to learn through flexible, creative, and practical learning methods which enable them to develop their artistic skills and critical thinking abilities through educational activities. The strands enable students to explore multiple career options while they develop their special abilities and essential skills through practical learning activities.

GAS and AAD students show their adaptability and dedication through their active quest to find new opportunities and their fearless presentation of their true selves. They demonstrate that personal development requires both bravery and passion together with the desire to accept their true selves through their approach to academic and artistic activities.

Truly, the GAS and AAD strands function as educational programs which lead students on personal journeys that enable them to discover their identities while establishing their capacity to create change through their personal methods of expression.
