True leadership is not found in being the loudest voice in the room, but in having the humility to serve others with the heart of Christ.
Stepping out, speaking up, taking initiative, and embodying Christ-like leadership wherever God calls us is not easy, and none of it goes unnoticed.
The laughter shared while doing household chores, the generosity and care shown at every meal, the genuine hearts poured out during devotions and Bible studies, the sense of responsibility demonstrated in every activity, and even the honesty and vulnerability that were met with accountability and affirmations were all seen, heard, and deeply valued.
To say that we are proud is an understatement.
Each YDA camper showed the kind of leader they are becoming: one who leads with humility, serves with love, and seeks God above all else. Beyond the potential and capabilities they displayed, what stood out most was their hunger and thirst to know Jesus more and to live out the purpose He has given them.
Wherever God leads you from here, may you have the courage to answer His calling with a willing heart. The world needs leaders who are not driven by recognition, but by obedience; leaders who are ready to serve, ready to surrender, and ready to say, “Here I am, Lord. Send me.”
Lead with compassion. Serve with passion. And may your life become a testimony that points others to the One you follow.
Because the most beautiful calling you can ever say yes to is the one that leads you to serve for the glory of God alone.
