What is PHILCCOM Bulacan?
PHILCCOM Bulacan Radio Civic Action Group is a radio action and communication group based in Bulacan that is composed of radio operators (Civic and Ham Radio Operators) and volunteers.

Main Purpose:
📡 Emergency communication during disasters (bagyo, lindol, baha, brownout)
🚨 Public service support for LGUs, rescue teams, and communities
📻 Radio coordination when cellphone signal and internet are down
🤝 Volunteer action for calamities, events, and relief operations

Why PHILCCOM is Important:
Kapag walang signal, radio communication ang natitirang paraan para:
- magpasa ng impormasyon
- humingi ng tulong
- mag-coordinate ng rescue
