The PYAP Santa Cruz Federation successfully concluded its 1st Quarterly Meeting and Forward Planning for 2026, setting a clear direction for a year of action, service, and youth leadership. The meeting opened with a prayer led by Axel Bajian, grounding the gathering in unity and purpose, followed by the Opening Remarks of Mariza Enriquez, PYAP Focal Person, who emphasized commitment and shared responsibility.

Major programs and activities for 2026 were presented and launched, including Project Paglantaw, a quarterly community outreach initiative; Barangay Visitation and Re-Organization scheduled from the 1st to 2nd Quarter; the Kabataan Health Fair in May 2026; Dasig 3.0, focused on strengthening youth skills and leadership; and KASADYA, the Year-End Evaluation and Forward Planning activity. The federation was honored by the presence and guidance of Sir Mart Juffer Malingi Felisilda, PYAP Federation Adviser, who shared insights and encouragement for the organizationโ€™s continued growth.

The meeting closed with an inspiring message from Samuelo Enoch, PYAP Federation President, calling on every member to stay active, united, and dedicated in serving the youth and communities of Santa Cruz.

Cruz Chapter successfully conducted its KASADYA 2025 Year-End Party and Forward Planning on December 7โ€“8, 2025 at El Cerculio Resort, Barangay Coronon, bringing together youth representatives from various barangays in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz to celebrate achievements and prepare for the coming year.

The activity aimed to strengthen youth leadership, unity, and organizational capacity across Barangay PYAP chapters, ensuring a more coordinated and empowered youth sector in year 2026.

The event formally opened with an opening program that set the tone for reflection and commitment. The program began with an inspiring message from Maโ€™am Evangeline Regaspi, ๐—ฅ๐—ฆ๐—ช, ๐— ๐—ฆ๐—ช๐——๐—ข ๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ encouraging the youth to remain active, responsible, and united in serving their communities. This was followed by empowering messages from the eventโ€™s resource speakers, Mr. Mart Juffer Felisilda, ๐—Ÿ๐—ฃ๐—ง and Sir Rodceal Malinao, ๐—Ÿ๐—ฃ๐—ง ๐— ๐—”๐—˜๐—— who discussed the importance of building a resilient organization and promoting youth empowerment through service, emphasizing active involvement in community development, leadership accountability, and forward-thinking initiatives.

Following the opening program, participants took time to freshen up and shared dinner together before engaging in a lively ๐™Ž๐™ค๐™˜๐™ž๐™–๐™ก๐™จ ๐™‰๐™ž๐™œ๐™๐™ฉ highlighted by a ๐˜”๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ ๐˜Ž๐˜ข๐˜บ competition and creative group performances by each participating groul. The segment fostered camaraderie, confidence, and self-expression among the youth, strengthening bonds beyond formal leadership roles.

The following morning featured a ๐™๐™š๐™–๐™ข ๐˜ฝ๐™ช๐™ž๐™ก๐™™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐˜ผ๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ซ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ฎ designed to enhance communication, and teamwork problem-solving skills. Through interactive activities, youth leaders were encouraged to collaborate effectively and reinforce trust within and among their respective groups.

The KASADYA 2025 Year-End Party and Forward Planning activity underscored PYAP Federation Sta. Cruz Chapterโ€™s commitment to nurturing resilient, united, and proactive youth leaders. As the organization moves forward into the new year, the lessons, connections, and plans established during the event are expected to contribute significantly to stronger barangay-based youth organizations and community engagement.
