β‘οΈEligibility Requirements
Students may only take the Comprehensive Examination if they have completed the required academic units.
For Master of Arts in Education (MAED) students, a minimum of 33 academic units is required under the new curriculum and 30 units under the old curriculum.
For Master of Public Administration (MPA) students must have completed at least 30 academic units. If you are unsure of your eligibility status, you are strongly advised to consult the Registrarβs Office prior to the examination date to avoid any issues on the day of the exam.
β‘οΈSelf-Evaluation and Submission Process
Before the examination, all candidates must complete a self-evaluation of their academic progress. To begin, visit the designated Google Drive folder at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YyODZzRbTc3aN5VvssNyu3LjhpojUKpa?usp=sharing and select the appropriate curriculum for your program (MAED or MPA). Do not edit the original file in the drive; instead, download a copy to your device. Once downloaded, fill out your academic details to confirm that all required courses have been completed.
After accomplishing the self-evaluation, complete the submission process by filling out the online form found at
