Rotaract District 3820 conducted its District Learning Seminar and Mass Induction on August 8, 2026, in Lucena City, Quezon, gathering Rotaractors for a day focused on leadership development, organizational learning, and meaningful service. The PSLS brought together Rotaractors of District 3820 in Lucena City on August 8, 2026, providing a meaningful space to deepen their understanding of leadership, service, and the Rotary journey.

MDIO Chair Nikki Parlade reminded leaders that purposeful leadership means giving their time, talent, and treasure, while DRRE Adrian Sto. Domingo challenged them to go beyond documenting outputs and tell the story of impact.

Moreover, Learning and Development Committee Chair Richelle Mei Hernandez and Vice Chair Cedrick Dalvin Alolor led the discussion on My Rotary Navigation, equipping participants with practical insights on utilizing Rotary resources to strengthen club operations and member engagement.
