Champions despite having to field 7 players only, all from Sta. Cruz, no imports, no excuses.

Despite the fatigue, the setbacks, and even uniform issues, the boys played with heart, grit, and pride for our town.

Nabannog? Wen.
Naparigsa? Wen.
Nagkakurang ti uniporme? Wen met. 😅

Ngem nagkurang ti puso? Saan!
Inlaban dagiti ubbing agingga magun od da ti arapaap da makaabante jay Manila.

This win is not just about the trophy.
It’s for the coaches who stayed steady, the manager who kept things together, the parents who never stopped supporting, and the supporters and friends who believed from Day 1.

Our GALLANTEL Santa Cruz 14U boys showed heart and teamwork in the NBL Youth Ilocos Basketball Tournament 💙

✅ Win vs. Narvacan 96-62 (yesterday)
✅ Win vs. Sta. Lucia 90-83 (today)

No heroes, no shortcuts, total team effort. Everyone contributed, everyone mattered. From defense, hustle, bench energy, to trust in each other on the floor, the boys played the right way.

Proud of the discipline, unselfish play, and fighting spirit.

𝐀𝐂𝐄-𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 ♠️

During the NBTC Ilocos Sur LQT, Sta. Cruz Gallantel not only dominated the team competition but also earned 4 of the 6 individual awards. John Lloyd Soliven was named Ilocos Sur’s MVP, while Gabyboy del Rosario, Elijah Jairus Escobar, and Rain Nedruda secured spots in the Mythical 5.

While the accolades bear individual names, these achievements are built on collective effort. None of this would be possible without trust, sacrifice, and teamwork on and off the court.
