Sta. Barbara, Iloilo — Members of the Alpha Kappa Rho fraternity, representing the Zeta Rho, Omega Zeta, and Zeta Epsilon chapters, pooled their efforts for a vital community service project: a comprehensive clean-up drive at Balibagan Elementary School in Sta. Barbara.

The initiative, held on a bright Sunday afternoon, was part of the fraternity's ongoing commitment to community engagement and environmental stewardship. The volunteer teams, armed with brooms, rakes, and trash bags, worked tirelessly to tidy the school grounds.

"It's a small act that makes a big difference, a clean school is a safe and inspiring place for children to learn. We are proud to partner with Balibagan Elementary and contribute to the well-being of the Sta. Barbara community."

School administrators expressed their profound gratitude, noting that the clean-up significantly helped in preparing the campus for upcoming school activities. The collaboration between Alpha Kappa Rho and the school is a shining example of how organized volunteerism can directly support local education and foster a sense of civic responsibility among its members. The fraternity plans to hold similar community service projects in the future.

AKRHO Omega Zeta Marks 4th Anniversary
