No backer.
No wealthy parents.
No generational wealth.
In a world where success is often associated with connections, privilege, and financial security, it is easy to feel disadvantaged when you have none of these things. There are moments when doors seem closed, opportunities appear reserved for others, and the journey feels much harder than it should be.
Yet, faith teaches us that our greatest strength does not come from what we possess but from whom we trust.
I may not have influential people opening doors for me, but I have God, who makes a way where there seems to be no way. I may not have inherited wealth, but I have the daily providence of a Father who knows my needs before I even ask. I may not have every advantage the world values, but I have the Blessed Virgin Mary, who continually points me to her Son and reminds me: "Do whatever He tells you."
There were times when rejection, uncertainty, and disappointment made me question the path ahead. Yet, every closed door became a redirection. Every setback became a lesson. Every weakness became an opportunity for God's grace to work more powerfully in my life.
This mindset changes everything. Instead of dwelling on what you lack, you begin to recognize what you have been given. Instead of comparing your journey with others, you learn to trust God's timing. Instead of seeing yourself as unsupported, you realize that Heaven itself is accompanying you.
The world may measure success by connections, status, and wealth. But the Christian measures success by faithfulness, perseverance, and trust in God's will.
No backer.
No wealthy parents.
No generational wealth.
But I have Godβand that is more than enough.
"My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness." (2 Corinthians 12:9)
