Nais po naming ipaabot ang aming taos-pusong pasasalamat sa inyong walang sawang serbisyo at tunay na malasakit para sa buong komunidad ng Sta. Ana, Pampanga. Ang inyong dedikasyon at mga sakripisyo ay nagsisilbing matibay na pundasyon sa pag-unlad ng ating bayan at sa kapakanan ng bawat kabalen. Maraming salamat sa inyong patuloy na pagsuporta at paggabay, lalo na sa mga kabataan na inyong binibigyang-inspirasyon upang maging masigasig din sa paglilingkod. Dalangin po namin ang inyong patuloy na kalakasan, mahabang buhay, at higit pang tagumpay sa lahat ng inyong mga adhikain. Today, April 13, 2026, the PYAP Federation attended the Flag Raising Ceremony at 8:00 in the morning. Starting this day, the PYAP members began to actively participate in community activities.

The ceremony was led by the MSWDO Department together with local officials. The PYAP members showed respect and discipline during the program. Mayor Dinan Labung, also gave a message about the updated projects of the Municipality of Santa Ana.

This activity helped build unity, teamwork, and encouraged the youth to be more involved in the community.

Sa paggunita ng Araw ng Kagitingan, ating binibigyang-pugay ang kabayanihan at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani. Ipinapaalala nito ang tapang at pagmamahal nila sa bayan sa gitna ng matinding pagsubok. Ang araw na ito ay sumisimbolo ng pagkakaisa, lakas ng loob, at walang hanggang pag-asa ng mga Pilipino. Nawa’y magsilbi itong inspirasyon sa bawat isa na ipagpatuloy ang kanilang ipinaglaban. Sa simpleng paraan, maipapakita natin ang ating paggalang sa pamamagitan ng pagiging makabayan at responsable sa ating kapwa at bansa.

PARA KARENG PIMPEÑO | Buong kababaang-loob pong personal na lumapit si Mayor Dinan Labung kay Regional Director Venus F. Rebuldela ng Department of Social Welfare and Development Region III upang makipag-ugnayan para sa agarang ayuda para sa ating mga tricycle drivers kaugnay ng State of National Energy Emergency.
Kasama rin po sa nasabing pagbisita sina Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer Rose Marie Medina Villeza at Marybeth Mateo-Ortiz, Executive Assistant to the Mayor, bilang bahagi ng mas maayos at pinalakas na koordinasyon ng lokal na pamahalaan at ng DSWD. Layunin po nito na madagdagan pa ang bilang ng mga tricycle drivers na makakasama at mabibigyan ng ayuda.
Sa pulong, tinalakay din ang iba’t ibang programang maaaring mapakinabangan ng ating mga kababayan. Taos-puso rin pong nagpapasalamat ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Sta. Ana sa patuloy na suporta ng DSWD sa ating mga programa at inisyatiba para sa kapakanan ng bawat Pimpeño.

On March 26, 2026, the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) successfully held its 1st Quarterly Meeting together with representatives from 14 barangays. The meeting was led by our PYAP Federation President, Mr. Jofer Montoya.

We were also honored and grateful to have with us Mrs. Rose Marie Villeza (MSWDO Officer), Ms. Pryzbyll Maliwat (LYDO Officer), and our Youth Focal Person, Sir Roman Pangilinan, who showed their support and guidance for the youth.

The meeting started with a “kumustahan” per barangay, where each representative shared updates, experiences, and current situations of the youth in their respective areas. This created an open space for everyone to connect, learn from one another, and strengthen camaraderie.

We also discussed the upcoming events and programs that aim to engage and empower the youth of Santa Ana. In addition, the duties and responsibilities of each barangay president were clearly discussed to ensure proper leadership and coordination within the organization.

Furthermore, we talked about the steps and initiatives that we can take to make the youth more active, involved, and united in community activities. Napag-usapan din ang pagduduty sa Munisipyo, kung saan ang bawat isa ay maaaring magbigay ng gabay at suporta sa kapwa kabataan.

Through this meeting, we continue to build stronger leadership, unity, and active participation among the youth of Santa Ana.

This is the official organizational chart of the Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP), which shows the leadership structure and the different roles of the officers who guide the organization. We are volunteers who willingly choose to serve our community, especially our fellow youth, with dedication and responsibility. Through this organization, we aim to empower young people and encourage them to become active participants in community development. The chart also reflects teamwork, cooperation, and unity among youth leaders who work together to achieve the goals of PYAP. It helps ensure that every program, activity, and project is well-organized and beneficial for the youth in our barangay.

As members and leaders, we are committed to being role models who inspire other young people to get involved in meaningful community service. Our service is not only about leadership but also about helping build a stronger, more united, and empowered youth community.
