Ilocos Sur Chapter was given by the PICE National Board with Charter No. 79 incorporated on 21 April 1983.

Ilocos Sur Chapter continues its commitment to bridging boundaries and fostering new technologies in the chapter and the community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants of the PICE Fun Run 2026 held on March 20, 2026, at Bantay–San Ildefonso Bypass Road in celebration of World Engineering Month. Your enthusiasm and active participation greatly contributed to the success of this event.

We also express our heartfelt appreciation to the Bantay LGU for their invaluable support, particularly in providing patrol assistance and ambulance services, ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees. The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Ilocos Sur Chapter proudly congratulates Dr. Vincent P. Pilien , President-Elect of PICE Ilocos Sur, on being conferred the Father Jose Burgos Award (Science, Technology, and Innovation) during the Pammadayaw 2026 of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

This prestigious recognition honors individuals whose distinguished contributions have significantly advanced provincial development and whose legacy continues to inspire generations.
