BANGON SAN REMIGIO DONATION DRIVE UPDATE FOR THE 1ST DAY 🌸

Sa nagshare ka anda nga blessings para sa mga pamilya nga naapektuhan kang Bagyong Paeng sa San Remigio, salamat gid.

Ang repacking kang goods nga inug share natun, magaumpisa sa November 10, 2022.

Ang amun donation drive bukas asta sa November 08, 2022. Sa gusto pa magbulig, hindi gid mag mayha mag message sa amun nga page.

Duro-duro gid sa salamat! Buruligay kita sa pag bangon ka San Remigio.

Call for Donations for San Remigionhons affected by the onslaught of Typhoon Paeng

As a way of helping our fellow San Remigionhons that were greatly affected by Bagyong Paeng, the TRoPa (Volunteers for Leni-Kiko - San Remigio) and the San Remigio Youth Ambassadors (SYA) will be operating a donation drive until the 8th of November, 2022.

The group accepts financial assistance and in-kind donations in the form of beddings, clothings, and relief goods.

If you want to lend a hand, kindly message us through our page.

As we commemorate this year's Women's month, let us get to know some of the remarkable ladies who are helping make change work for women. Today, we present to you Ms. Rose Anne M. Sastrillo and her words to all the ladies out there.

As the world changes, monumental shifts on the path to gender equality were seen. We have seen progress on voting rights, increased opportunities and better representation for women over the decades. Despite these changes, we can't deny that there is still a disparity between men and women. The prejudice that women are weak and incapable still exists.

Due to these ingrained biases, women always feel the need to speak louder to have their voices heard. Others see gender equality as something detrimental to men. This has to stop because men and women should have equal rights and opportunities.

If given equal access to opportunities such as work, education and leadership, women can help drive vibrant economies. Women should also be able to control their own resources and life choices without any prejudice justified under the veil of free speech. Whatever role they take, be it a mother, a doctor, a teacher, an economist, women play an important role in building a better and healthier communities.

This month, we honor all women for showing strength and enabling growth within themselves and on others.

Having self-assurance is being confident with ones ability and character. But the search to find one's confidence may not be easy to other people.

We can build it by believing first in ourselves that we can make it. Woman that stands up for herself is not only helping oneself but also other women who need empowerment.

Because we are not just a woman but a WOMAN who can help create a change.

As we celebrate women's month let's empower ourselves by doing things that can help us in the future, by studying hard and aiming for greater heights. Let's also share our success by empowering other women and help our society to reach triumph.

"Never let society's standards encapsulate you from doing extraordinary things. Hindi ka babae lang, babae ka. You deserve all the recognition and praises.

When people seem to belittle you, prove them wrong. Never forget that these delicate hands are strong enough to mold lives too.

When they say you are too fragile, prove them wrong. You are born to conquer whatever you put your heart into.

When they say you cannot lead a pack, prove them wrong. You are ought to achieve greater heights.

As we celebrate Women's month, ladies, always encourage yourselves to bring out the best in you. Never let other people stop you from doing the things that you are passionate about. Step out of the box that society has created for women. You are never common. You are never weak. You are a woman."
