Last Sunday, the Ruhamah Youth Ministry boldly stepped beyond the church walls and into the streets of Barangay Narra to share the hope, love, and salvation found in Jesus Christ! ๐Ÿ™Œโค๏ธ Every encounter was a precious opportunity to sow seeds of faith and proclaim the Good News.

Jesusโ€™ call reaches far beyond our familiar circles. His reminder of 'other sheep' to be brought into the fold serves as a wake-up call: there are still countless hearts waiting to hear the Gospel.

The love we have for God is not only expressed through our words or worship but also through the way we treat the people around us. When we choose humility, kindness, and selflessness, we reflect the heart of Christ.

๐Ÿ“– Philippians 2:3โ€“4 (NIV)

โ€œDo nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.โ€

May we be a generation that serves with joy, loves without expecting anything in return, and points others to Jesus through our actions.

What does the joy of the Lord really look like?

Many people think joy means a life without pain, struggles, or disappointments. But the Bible paints a different picture.

๐Ÿ“– Nehemiah 8:10 reminds us:
"The joy of the Lord is your strength."

God's joy is...

โœจ Not the absence of problems, but the strength He gives you through them.
โœจ Not pretending everything is okay, but trusting Him even when life is hard.
โœจ Not dependent on your circumstances, but rooted in God's unchanging presence.

Real joy isn't found in perfect situations. It's found in a perfect Savior.

Whatever season you're in today, remember that God's joy is available to you. His joy strengthens the weary, gives hope to the discouraged, and reminds us that He is always with us.

Choose joyโ€”not because life is easy, but because God is faithful. โค๏ธ

There are days when life feels heavy, prayers seem unanswered, and our strength begins to fade. But God reminds us that our strength was never meant to come from our own abilityโ€”it comes from His joy.

"The joy of the Lord is your strength." โ€” Nehemiah 8:10

His joy isn't based on perfect circumstances. It's rooted in His unchanging presence, His promises, and His faithfulness.

Today, choose to worship instead of worry. Trust instead of fear. His joy will carry you through what your own strength cannot.
