San Pedro City Heat Index Forecast | March 6, 2025 (2:00PM)

Extreme heat levels are expected throughout the day, with temperatures reaching up to 38°C. Prolonged exposure may lead to heat cramps, exhaustion, or even heat stroke.

To ensure safety, the public is advised to:
• Limit outdoor activities
• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water
• Avoid tea, coffee, soda, and liquor
• Wear protective clothing (hats, sleeves, and umbrellas)
• Schedule strenuous activities during cooler hours

Stay informed and take necessary precautions to protect your health.

ADVISORY || Due to extreme heat, classes in all public elementary and secondary schools shall be shortened starting Monday, March 10, 2025, until further notice. Private schools shall retain discretion on whether to adopt this directive.

Learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel are allowed to wear light clothing for comfort, taking into consideration the proper school attire. Regular hydration, bringing of fans and extra shirts are highly encouraged.
