Breastfeeding provides optimal nourishment, strengthens a child's immune system, and fosters a meaningful bond between mother and baby. By raising awareness and encouraging community support, we help create an environment where every mother feels empowered to make informed decisions for her child's health.

To all UPCAT examinees, remember that this examination is not just a test of what you have learned in schoolโ€”it is also a testament to your determination, perseverance, and countless hours of hard work. The late-night reviews, early mornings, moments of doubt, and sacrifices you made have all led you to this day.

As you take your seats in the examination room, trust yourself and the knowledge you have gained. Stay calm, read each question carefully, and give your very best. Believe in your abilities, because you have prepared for this moment more than you realize.
