PROJECT CARE: SMALL MOMENTS, LASTING MEMORIES 🥰
On September 5, 2026, the Rotaract Club of Metro San Pedro, in partnership with The Managers' Group Outsourcing, conducted Project Care, an outreach program at Tahanan ni Jesus, Jose, at Maria in Canlalay, Biñan, Laguna.
The initiative brought together volunteers and children for a meaningful day filled with creativity, play, learning, and connection. Through engaging activities and interactive experiences, the children were given an opportunity to express themselves, explore their creativity, and enjoy a fun and welcoming environment.
Project Care was closely aligned with Rotary's Area of Focus on Basic Education and Literacy, as the activity encouraged learning through age-appropriate, creative, and interactive experiences. By making learning enjoyable and accessible, the project supported the development of children's curiosity, confidence, and interest in learning beyond the classroom.
More than an outreach activity, Project Care created a space where children could learn while having fun and build positive connections with the volunteers who spent the day with them. The collaboration between the Rotaract Club of Metro San Pedro and The Managers' Group Outsourcing demonstrated how partnerships could turn simple acts of service into meaningful community experiences.
Through Project Care, the organizers shared not only resources and activities, but also their time, attention, and genuine care-creating joyful memories while while contributing contributing to the children's learning and development.
