How to Join:
1. Procedure: Before any applicant for membership to any Eagles Club, hereinafter called Aspirant, can be accepted as a new member thereof, he shall pass through the following steps, called the 5 I's
Need to fill out the ff. form:
1.1 Letter of Intent (LOI)
1.2 Application Form for ID
1.3 Membership Application
2. Go Through 5 I's
Interview
Introduction
Indoctrination
Incubation
Induction
3. During the process all expenses for food and venue etc., will be equally divided among all applicants.
WE PRACTICE EQUALITY.
4. Prepare the following:
NBI Clearance
Police Clearance
Barangay Clearance
Drug Test
5. Attend three (3) consecutive General Monthly Meetings (GMM)
6. Minimum of Three (3) Community Services (OUTREACH) without fail.
7. Applicants should have 3 T's

8. We do all this for GOD and COUNTRY (Deo Et Patria)
9. Our guiding principle is "Service Through Strong Brotherhood".
10. Leave your RANK and TITLE outside our nest and forget your position in another organization.
11. MOST OF ALL, know your OBJECTIVE in joining. Make sure you don't use it for your VESTED INTEREST!!
