Philippine Anti-Crime Coalition United for Peace, Order & Public Safety.🇵🇭 The PATROL POLICE or PPFMI is accredited NGO of Association of Chiefs of Police of the Philippines Inc.

The Philippine Anti-Crime Coalition (PACC) is a non-stock, non-profit NGO dedicated to promoting peace, order, public safety, crime prevention, community partnership, and volunteerism across the Philippines. (ACPPI) with accreditation no.: ACPPI-2020-041 that aims and committed to help the Government in maintaining Peace and Order and to ensure Public Safety within the archipelago. Organization’s Core Values:

1. Polite- Every member shall always respect others regardless of life status, culture and differences.
2. Abiding- Every member shall always abide the law and serve as role model to others.
3. Tactful- Every member always shows empathy to understand other’s feelings.
4. Realistic- Every member depends and decide based on the real situation.
5. Openhearted- Every member is willing to give, and help based on their capability to those people in need regardless of the situation.
6. Leading- Every member is leading in providing voluntary public service without expecting any returns. Organization’s Mission:

1. To help the Barangay, the Local Government Unit (LGU) Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and other Law Enforcement Agency in monitoring of criminal or terrorist activities in the community.

2. To provide immediate assistance and prompt response during calamites and any untoward incidents.

3. To advocate patriotism, volunteerism, peace and order and public safety thru learning session, orientation, and partnership.

4. To foster good moral and right conduct among Filipinos to develop more law-abiding citizens and to achieve the crimeless and God-fearer society.

5. To spread kindness and promote the spirit of Bayanihan thru humanitarian programs and charity activities. Organization’s Vision:

To build a safe and crime-less society where everybody can live and do business comfortably.

LOOK | PACC MUNTINLUPA CITY ANTI-CRIME MONITORING UNIT

Following the courtesy call conducted on September 21, 2026, officers of the PACC – Muntinlupa City Anti-Crime Monitoring Unit, spearheaded by CMDR Eduardo Dela Cruz, Unit Commander, under the guidance of PLTCOL ARNEL L PAGULAYAN, Overall National Adviser, and the leadership of PFC Ricardo Galvez PA (Res), Chairman and National Commander, returned to Barangay Bayanan, Muntinlupa City, on September 28, 2026, where selected PACC officers formally took their Oath of Office before Hon. Engr. Athan Gutierrez, Punong Barangay of Barangay Bayanan.

During the activity, Brgy. Captain Gutierrez once again expressed his appreciation to the Philippine Anti-Crime Coalition (PACC) and its volunteers and force multipliers for their willingness and commitment to support community-based initiatives in maintaining peace, order, and public safety within the barangay.

As part of strengthening community partnership and coordination, the PACC Operatives were designated to form part of the Special Operations Group (SOG) of Barangay Bayanan, to support lawful community safety initiatives and activities in coordination with the barangay authorities and concerned agencies.

The PACC remains committed to fostering responsible volunteerism, community participation, and multi-sectoral cooperation in support of lawful initiatives that promote safer, peaceful, and more secure communities.

LOOK | PACC IN ACTION!

OOA 0900H, 27 September 2026 — New and aspiring members of the PACC–Biñan City, Laguna Anti-Crime Monitoring Unit, under the guidance of PLTCOL ARNEL L PAGULAYAN, Overall National Adviser, and the leadership of PFC Ricardo Galvez PA (Res), Chairman and National Commander, conducted a Clean-Up Drive Activity in Barangay San Antonio, Biñan City, Laguna.

The activity was successfully spearheaded by PFC Rafael Angelo E Labordo, National Deputy Commander for Administration, together with the new and aspiring members of PACC–Biñan City.

The activity reflects PACC’s commitment to community participation, volunteerism, environmental responsibility, and public service. Through simple but meaningful actions, we continue to encourage our communities to work together in promoting a cleaner, safer, and more peaceful environment.

Small acts of service can create a lasting impact in our communities.

OOA 2300H, 25 September 2026 — The PACC Operatives – San Pedro, Laguna Anti-Crime Monitoring Unit, under the guidance of PLTCOL ARNEL L PAGULAYAN, Overall National Adviser, and the leadership of PFC Ricardo Galvez PA (Res), Chairman and National Commander, assisted the PNP – San Pedro Component City Police Station (CCPS), together with the POSO, BPATS, and PFM, in the implementation of Oplan Galugad at Barangay Cuyab, San Pedro City, Laguna, in support of the Safer Cities Initiative of the SILG.

The operations was successfully spearheaded by Pvt Rexie S Lapid PA (Res), National Deputy Commander for Operations.

The PACC remains committed to supporting our law enforcement partners in promoting peace, order, public safety, and crime prevention through responsible community participation, vigilance, and collaboration.

OOA 1900H, 25 September 2026 — The PACC Operatives – San Pedro, Laguna Anti-Crime Monitoring Unit, under the guidance of PLTCOL ARNEL L PAGULAYAN, Overall National Adviser, and the leadership of PFC Ricardo Galvez PA (Res), Chairman and National Commander, assisted the PNP – San Pedro Component City Police Station (CCPS) and RFMB 4A in the implementation of an anti-criminality checkpoint at the San Pedro–Muntinlupa boundary, San Pedro City, Laguna.

The activity was successfully spearheaded by Pvt Rexie S Lapid PA (Res), National Deputy Commander for Operations.

The officers of the PACC–Muntinlupa City Anti-Crime Monitoring Unit, under the guidance of PLTCOL ARNEL L PAGULAYAN, Overall National Adviser, and the leadership of PFC Ricardo Galvez PA (Res), Chairman and National Commander, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Engr. Athan Gutierrez, Barangay Captain of Barangay Bayanan, Muntinlupa City.

The courtesy call was spearheaded by CMDR Eduardo N. Dela Cruz and aimed to formally establish coordination and strengthen partnerships with the Barangay officials in support of peace and order, public safety, and community-based crime prevention initiatives.

Meanwhile, Brgy. Capt. Gutierrez expressed his support and appreciation for the PACC's efforts in promoting community involvement and cooperation in maintaining peace, order, and public safety.

The Board of Trustees (BOTs) of the Philippine Anti-Crime Coalition (PACC), under the guidance of PLTCOL ARNEL L PAGULAYAN, Overall National Adviser and the leadership of PFC Ricardo Galvez PA (Res), Chairman and National Commander, met with leaders of various organizations in Silang, Cavite and conducted a Basic Membership Orientation and Crime Prevention Seminar.

Also present during the activity were PFC Rafael Angelo Labordo PA (Res), Vice Chairman and NDCA, and Pvt Rexie S. Lapid PA (Res), Vice Chairman and NDCOps, who shared valuable insights on PACC operations, proper conduct, and the appropriate wearing of the PACC uniform.

The activity provided an opportunity to introduce the mission, vision and programs of PACC, strengthen partnerships with various organizations, explore future collaboration, and encourage individuals and groups to become part of the PACC community.

Through collaboration and community engagement, PACC continues to promote crime prevention, public safety, and responsible citizenship.

Operatives of the PACC–Muntinlupa City Anti-Crime Monitoring Unit, under the guidance of PLTCOL ARNEL L PAGULAYAN, Overall National Adviser, and the leadership of PFC Ricardo Galvez PA (Res), Chairman and National Commander, participated in and assisted during a Medical Mission held in Brgy. Putatan, Muntinlupa City.

The activity was spearheaded by CMDR Eduardo N. Dela Cruz, Unit Commander, together with fellow PACC officers, operatives and community partners.

This initiative reflects PACC’s commitment to promoting community service, public safety, and meaningful partnership with the communities we serve.
