Ang PhilSys National ID ay isang programa ng National Government na pinangangasiwaan ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) at hindi saklaw ng City Civil Registrar’s Office. Ang mga proseso at patakaran kaugnay nito ay itinakda ng kanilang tanggapan at hindi nagmumula sa aming opisina.

Patuloy na nakikipag-ugnayan ang aming tanggapan sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) upang masiguro ang tamang pagpaparating ng mga impormasyon, patakaran, at abiso hinggil sa naturang programa. Tinitiyak din namin na ang lahat ng hinaing, reklamo, at katanungan na aming matatanggap ay ipapaabot sa nararapat na ahensya upang mabigyan ng kaukulang aksyon.
