SAN PABLO CITY โ St. Nicolas Golden Field Academy Inc. (SNGFAI) ushered in a new chapter of student leadership and school spirit during its annual acquaintance party, themed "The Garden of New Beginnings: Where Every Bloom Tells a Story of Friendship" on July 17.
The event, attended by school administrators, faculty, students, and guests, featured the formal induction of the Supreme Student Council (SSC) officers and dance performances alongside a school-wide talent competition.
The program opened with a parade of school officials and the incoming SSC council, followed by the national anthem and the school hymn. In her opening remarks, school principal Encarnacion V. Reyes emphasized the critical role of student participation in building the campus community.
"Let us remember that every smile, every conversation, and every shared experience contributes to the vibrant culture of SNGFAI," Reyes said.
Outgoing SSC President John Andrey A. Barcenas of School Year 2025โ2026 delivered a supporting message, reflecting on his tenure and urging the student body to remain socially conscious.
"The youth who are aware of reality are the true hope of the nation," Barcenas said.
Following the address, SSC advisers John Paul S. Violan and Brenda U. Velasco administered the oath of office to the newly elected student leaders.
The incoming executive executive board is led by President Jamiella Mary Kirsten Bondad, Vice President Cyron Jake Esclarez, Secretary Ezra Mikaela Calabia, Treasurer Joana Carla Belda, Auditor Rhain E. Gavinio, and Public Information Officer Mark Glieson C. Magsadya, alongside the representatives from elementary to high school.
In her inaugural speech, Bondad pledged a transparent and proactive administration.
"As we take our oath today, we promise to lead with honesty, accountability, and always do our best," Bondad said.
"As we begin this journey together, I hope by the end of this school year, we can all look back proudly."
The afternoon transitioned into a cultural showcase, kicking off with dance performances from Junior High School Groups A and B, followed by seven distinct groups from the Senior High School department. Seven soloists also competed in a vocal performance segment.
The event concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing the competition winners and standout attendees:
* Singing Competition: Lara Alexa Catipon (1st Place), Alexa Baรฑez (2nd Place), and Keos Hailey Gesmundo (3rd Place).
* Summer Garden Attire: Paul Harvey Enriquez and Thania Lueine Mojica.
* Male & Female of the Night: John Isaiah Maralit and Jamiella Mary Kirsten Bondad.
* Slay of the Night: Tyra Julienne C. Flores.
