Basic Requirements for Aspiring Youth Instructors
Youth Instructors Training Course (10-Day Live-in Training):
To be considered for admission to the Youth Instructors Training Course, applicants must submit the following requirements:
1. Duly accomplished Youth Instructors Training Course Application Form.
2. Must be an active Philippine Red Cross Volunteer and/or Red Cross Youth (RCY) member with a genuine commitment to humanitarian service.
3. At least eighteen (18) years of age on or before the first day of the training.
4. Physically and mentally fit to participate in the intensive 10-day live-in training, which includes classroom discussions, practical exercises, team-building activities, and field simulations.
5. Endorsement Letter from the Red Cross Youth Adviser or Chapter Service Representative certifying the applicant's good standing and commitment to volunteer service.
6. Photocopy of one (1) valid Government issued ID or School ID.
7. Two (2) recent 2ร—2 ID photographs with a white background.
8. Parent/Guardian Consent Form for applicants below eighteen (18) years old, when applicable.
9. Fully accomplished Medical Declaration Form/ Medical Certificate to ensure the applicant is medically fit for training activities.
10. Signed Commitment Agreement expressing willingness to complete the entire 10-day training and actively serve as a certified Youth Instructor in future
Philippine Red Cross programs, trainings, and humanitarian activities.
