Hello, Friends and Family!

As many of you know, recently, there was a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Mindanao Island. Among the most devastated areas are Sarangani and General Santos City, which were greatly affected by the calamity.

At present, more than 50 churches within our church network there have been deeply impacted. Many families have lost their homes, livelihoods, and personal belongings. Several church members are currently displaced, while some church facilities and gathering places also sustained severe damages.

As a family in Christ, we believe this is an opportunity for us to extend compassion, practical support, and the love of Jesus to our brothers and sisters during this difficult time. We are trying to raise $5,000 USD to extend help to those affected. The funds that will be raised will go directly toward emergency relief efforts such as:

• Food and clean water
• Temporary shelter and basic necessities
• Medicine and hygiene supplies
• Assistance for affected pastors, leaders, and church families
• Initial rebuilding and restoration efforts

We are appealing to you for any amount that you may be willing to share. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful impact on those who are suffering and trying to recover from this tragedy.

We also ask for your prayers for protection, strength, and hope for all the affected communities and churches in Mindanao.

What a great day at the Maxwell Leadership Seminar. So much value in stepping back, learning from others, and being reminded that leadership is something we must continue to develop intentionally.
