Established as the San Pablo City National School of Arts and Trades (SPCNSAT) in 1960 by Operation of R.A. 1847 Authored by Congressman Jacobo Z. Integrated with the Laguna State Polytechnic College (LSPC) by operation of R.A. 8292 and officially renamed LSPC, San Pablo City Campus, effective January 2001.
