Happy Darwin Day

DO HUMANS COME FROM MONKEYS? 🤔🧬

Growing up, you probably heard someone say that we, humans, evolved from monkeys. The theory of evolution by natural selection, however, architected by Charles Darwin, explains that we instead share a common ancestor with apes over the last 60 million years.

Charles Darwin, one of the world's most famous biologists, transformed our understanding of the natural world with radical concepts that were nothing short of revolutionary at the time.

Today, let's celebrate his scientific findings and legacy that forever changed the way we see ourselves.

SCI-MATH CAMPING! ⛺️

It’s our pleasure to experience all these activities with you. All the hardworks that we did as a group and as an individual helps a lot to enjoy and to do this special event. For the members that came and participated, Thank you. We appreciated your presence. For all the teachers and student officers that supported our program, Thank you for the efforts! ❤️

A message from former 2023-2024 Sci-Math Club President:

I would like to begin by saying that it has been a great privilege for me to serve the SciMath club, and I, Denise Detaunan, the former president of this club, am grateful to be part of it. Just like what I said during my speech on the election, "I may be quiet and shy, but I assure you to do my very best". I may not be the greatest but through the support of the Pi-tons, I was motivated to do my best. I sincerely appreciate each and every one for trusting and supporting me, being the president of this club made me feel truly blessed. Our memories together will always have a special place in my heart!

Months have already passed, but I still can't get over this club. It was such a fun and amazing experience, and I miss the good times we had together, but that's how life works, WE JUST KEEP ON MOVING FORWARD. Let me end my message by sharing my favorite verse, Deuteronomy 31:6 "Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee". Always remember that God is with us!

Once again, Thank you, Pi-tons! I will forever be grateful. Farewell!
