The visit reaffirmed our shared commitment to promoting the Real Estate Service Act (RESA), raising public awareness, and encouraging every property buyer and seller to work only with licensed real estate professionals. In celebration of PAREB's RESA Awareness Month, SPCREB proudly paid a courtesy call to Mayor Erickson R. Lopez and Vice Mayor Vic L. Mitra of the Municipality of Alaminos, Laguna. 🎳 Strikes, Smiles, and Stronger Friendship!

SPCREB members enjoyed an exciting bowling session at the Bowling Lanes of Summit Point Golf & Country Club in Lipa City. It was a day filled with laughter, friendly competition, and meaningful fellowship that strengthened our bond beyond the workplace.

Activities like these remind us that strong relationships create a stronger organization. Thank you to everyone who joined and made the day memorable.

PAREB-SPCREB INC. had an opportunity to do a courtesy call with the City Administrator of San Pablo City, Hon. Larry Amante. This courtesy call was attended by local board officers and members.

PAREB-SPCREB INC. officers and members gave a resolution to the office of the City Administrator. The SPCREB RESOLUTION NO. 004- SERIES OF 2025 that contains the accreditation of SPCREB as accredited members of the Civil Society Organization (CSO) in the City Government Organization of San Pablo as a non-profit and non-government organization of professional real estate service practitioners.

PAREB-SPCREB INC. conducted a bloodletting activity in collaboration with the Philippine Red Cross-San Pablo City Chapter last April 5, 2025, at the Atrium of SM San Pablo, San Pablo City, Laguna. PRCβ€”SAN PABLO CITY CHAPTER collected 54 bags of blood donation.

This activity was headed by Broker Peter Jayson Sadsad, Chairperson of the CSR-BFF Committee, and attended by some of the local officers and members of the board.
