San Cristobal Elementary School proudly served as the host school for the District Seminar and District Elections for SELG, BKD, and YES-O Officers of Dapdapan District. This meaningful event was made possible through the leadership and support of Sir Dennis G. Gutierrez, School Principal of San Cristobal Elementary School and the continued guidance and supervision of our PSDS, Ma’am Michelle M. Dorado, whose leadership helps empower and develop our young student leaders.

PEMS YOUTH FORMATION PRESIDENTS of SELG, YES-O, and BKD actively participated in the Review of Constitutions and By-Laws last February 24, 2026, led by Jeremy A. Dela Cruz, Division Youth Formation Coordinator at San Cristobal Elementary School.

After gaining valuable insights from the discussion, the youth leaders proceeded to the Dapdapan District Youth Formation Election, demonstrating their commitment to responsible leadership and student governance.

The PEMS Youth Formation Officers proudly attended the Padayon: Student-Leaders Year-End Forum—a meaningful gathering that celebrated leadership, service, and growth throughout the school year.

The forum served as a powerful reminder that leadership is not just about holding a position, but about carrying responsibility with integrity, compassion, and dedication. Our outgoing officers reflected on their journey of service—on the challenges they overcame, the programs they successfully implemented, and the lessons they learned along the way. At the same time, the newly elected officers stepped forward with enthusiasm and commitment, ready to continue the mission and build upon the strong foundation that has been laid.

“Padayon,” which means to continue moving forward, perfectly captures the spirit of this event. It symbolizes resilience, teamwork, and the unwavering commitment of our student leaders to serve with purpose. As one batch closes a meaningful chapter and another begins their own, the torch of leadership is passed on with pride, unity, and hope for an even brighter year ahead.

🗳️✨ PEMS Youth Formation Election Day ✨🗳️

Today was a meaningful and exciting day for our PEMS community as we successfully held our Youth Formation Election. Our learners proudly exercised their right to vote, showing responsibility, honesty, and respect for the democratic process. Each voter played an important role in choosing the leaders who will represent their voices and ideas for this school year.

From lining up patiently to carefully shading their ballots, our young voters proved that leadership begins with participation. 👏 Your votes matter, and your voices were heard!

Congratulations to all the newly elected Youth Formation Officers for the School Year 2026-2027! 🎉

The candidates who received the highest number of votes are now officially part of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG), where they will represent the voice of the learners and lead various school initiatives.

Meanwhile, the rest of the elected candidates appointed as officers of the YES-O (Youth for Environment in Schools Organization) and BKD (Barkada Kontra Droga). Your roles remain equally important, as you will help lead programs that promote environmental awareness, discipline, health, and positive values among learners.

The future of the youth starts with a voice—and that voice is YOUR VOTE. This coming FEBRUARY 11, we invite everyone to take part in the PEMS Youth Formation Election (SELG, YES-O, BKD) for School Year 2026-2027, where leadership, responsibility, and service come together.

This election is more than just choosing a partylist. It is about selecting young leaders who are ready to represent, inspire, and serve with integrity. Each partylist carries ideas, programs, and visions aimed at strengthening youth involvement, unity, and positive change in our community.

Isang masayang awitan, pagkakaisa, at pusong handang magbahagi—mula sa masayang Christmas Caroling hanggang sa makabuluhang Gift Giving. 🎁🎄✨

Ang proyektong ito ay buong pusong isinagawa ng PEMS Youth Formation, kung saan ang gift giving ay isa sa mga bahagi ng pinaglaanan ng naipong pondo mula sa Christmas Caroling.

Sa kabila ng maikling panahon ng preparasyon, matagumpay na naisakatuparan ang proyektong ito dahil sa pagtutulungan, dedikasyon, at malasakit ng bawat isa.

Kaming mga Youth Leaders kasama ng aming Teacher-Advisers at ng buong paaralan ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng nakiisa at tumulong mula sa mga magulang na walang sawang sumuporta, at sa bawat pusong nagbahagi ng oras, lakas, at pagmamahal. Hindi lamang simpleng regalo ang naipamahagi, kundi pag-asa, ngiti, at damdaming hindi nag-iisa ang bawat isa. Nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala na ang tunay na diwa ng Pasko ay nasusukat sa sama-samang pagkilos, malasakit sa kapwa, at taos-pusong pagbibigay.

Maraming salamat po at asahan po ninyo na magpapatuloy ang mga lider-kabataan ng Placido Escudero Memorial School na mas paigtingin pa ang mga ganitong gawain na nagpapakita ng masigasig na serbisyo at pagmamahal sa buong komunidad 💖🎁
