| Itinaas na ang LISTO Alert Protocol sa Alert Level CHARLIE sa buong lalawigan ng Batangas.

Ibig sabihin nito ay may mas mataas na banta dulot ni Severe Tropical Storm kaya’t kinakailangan ang agarang paghahanda at mas mahigpit na pagbabantay ng ating mga lokal na pamahalaan, katuwang ang iba’t ibang ahensya at mamamayan.

Maaaring Epekto:
1. Pagkakaputol ng mga maliliit na sanga at dahon ng puno
2. Malaking pinsala sa mga palay na nasa pamumulaklak na yugto
3. Pagkakabuwal ng mga poste ng kuryente
4. Hindi madaanan ang ilang kalsada, lansangan at highway dahil sa pagbaha
5. Pagkasira ng mga lumang barung-barong at iba pang estruktura na yari sa magagaan na materyales
6. Pinsala sa mga mahinang pagkakayari ng karatula o billboard

Mga Paalala:
1. Siguraduhin ang mga evacuation kit (Go-Bags) at mahahalagang dokumento.
2. Makinig sa mga anunsyo mula sa inyong LGU at sa opisyal na ahensya ng gobyerno.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬:

Based on the latest PAGASA advisories on the expected effects of Severe Tropical Storm and also based on the results that transpired during the emergency meeting and Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment conducted by the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) this morning, 25 September 2025, at the Provincial Capitol, Governor Vilma Santos-Recto, through Memorandum VSR No. 4 s. 2025, has raised the Emergency Preparedness and Response Protocol of the Province of Batangas from BRAVO to CHARLIE, and elevated the Provincial Emergency Operations Center from BLUE to RED Alert Status.

As a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of Batangueños, Governor Vilma Santos-Recto declares the 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 in 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗦, both 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲, throughout the 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗦, tomorrow, 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.
