We are proud to announce that a distinguished Bulakeño will be representing the Philippines at the ASEAN Youth for Climate Action and Disaster Resilience Conference on April 30 to May 3, 2025.

Lester Andrei Lomboy, Founder of the Bulacan Youth for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (BYDRRM) and the current Disaster Resilient Youth Ambassador, has been selected as one of the nine official youth delegates chosen nationwide to represent our country.

His participation in this regional conference highlights the vital role of youth leadership in advancing climate action and disaster resilience. Congratulations, Lester! The entire Bulacan youth community stands behind you with pride.
