𝗛𝗼𝘄’𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸? 𝗕𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁.

“Kumusta imong mental health break? ” a question that gets everything from “100000/10 ang pahuway” to “wala na dayon ang plans.”

Some truly recharged, feeling fresh and ready to face everything again 💪✨ while ang uban kay nakulangan pa, murag “kulang pa gyud to nga break” 😭

Either way, okay ra gyud na. Every pause matters, no matter how short or unsa pa
ka-simple imong gibuhat. Even the smallest rest is still a step toward feeling better and taking care of yourself 💛
