The correct answer is Horizontal Equity! But what does it really mean?

Sa simpleng salita, ang Horizontal Equity ay isang prinsipyo ng pagbubuwis na nagsasabing ang mga taong may magkatulad na kalagayang pinansyal ay dapat tratuhin nang patas pagdating sa pagbabayad ng buwis. Ibig sabihin, kung magkatulad ang kanilang economic circumstances, dapat pareho rin ang antas ng buwis na ipinapataw sa kanila.
