📚🎉 500 Books Achieved! 🎉📚

Thank you to our alumni, families, friends, and supporters for helping us reach our goal of 500 donated books for the SMES Library! ❤️

But the drive isn't over yet!
📖 We are still accepting donations of children's books, educational games, learning materials, and educational toys until June 30, 2026.

📅 All donations will be turned over to the SMES Library in July 2026.

Every donation helps create more opportunities for learning, imagination, and growth for our students.

Thank you for being part of this meaningful project. Together, we're making a difference—one book at a time. 💙

✨ Learning is Fun: Mission Accomplished! ✨

Last May 30, we successfully concluded the second and final session of our Learning is Fun project for Aral Summer learners.

Through fun and interactive activities in Math, English, and Reading, our young learners enjoyed learning while building confidence and skills. Their enthusiasm was evident—many even asked if there would be another session the following week! 😊

All participants also received school kits to support their learning journey.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported this project, especially Batch 1986 for hosting the May 30 event. Together, we continue to make learning fun and meaningful for our SMES students. 💙📚

✨ One of the highlights of May! ✨

After the success of our Alumni Reunion, the San Mateo Elementary School Alumni Association continues to give back through meaningful projects for our school community.

Last May 16, we successfully held Learning is Fun—a fun-filled activity that brought smiles, excitement, and valuable learning experiences to our young learners. Through games, prizes, and interactive activities, we were reminded that learning becomes even more meaningful when a community comes together to support it.

This is only the beginning. As an alumni association, we look forward to creating more programs and opportunities that will benefit our students and strengthen our connection with the school we all call home.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, and supported this activity. Together, we continue to make a difference and create lasting memories for the next generation of SMES students. 💙💛
