Ang layunin nitong proyekto ay para mabawasan ang mabilis na pagpapatakbo ng mga sasakyan (kotse, motorsiklo, ebike, etc.) sa kalsada upang maiwasan ang anumang aksidente.🚨

TCOC 🖐

Ang “Tenets” at “Code of Conduct” ay dalawang mahalagang gabay sa loob ng isang organisasyon, fraternity, grupo, o kahit sa isang komunidad. Magkaiba man sila ng papel, pareho silang nagsisilbing pundasyon upang mapanatili ang tamang direksyon, disiplina, at pagkakaisa ng mga miyembro.

TENETS

Definition:
Ang Tenets ay mga pangunahing prinsipyo, paniniwala, o pundamental na aral na sinusunod at pinaniniwalaan ng isang organisasyon o grupo. Ito ang nagsisilbing kaluluwa o pundasyon ng kanilang pagkakakilanlan.

Purpose:
• Nagbibigay ng gabay sa tamang pag-iisip at asal ng mga miyembro.
• Nagtuturo ng mga moral na prinsipyo at tamang pagpapahalaga.
• Nagpapatibay ng pagkakaisa at iisang layunin ng organisasyon.
• Nagsisilbing inspirasyon at direksyon sa bawat kilos at desisyon.
• Pinapaalala ang tunay na adhikain

Dapat ba itong isekreto?

Hindi.

Sa pangkalahatan, ang “Tenets” at “Code of Conduct” ay hindi talaga sekreto dahil ang mga ito ay gabay sa tamang asal, prinsipyo, disiplina, at moralidad ng isang organisasyon. Sa katunayan, maraming organizations, schools, fraternities, companies, at civic groups ang ipinapakita o ipinapaliwanag pa nga ito sa publiko para makita kung ano ang kanilang pinaninindigan at values.

Ang kadalasang hindi basta ipinapakalat ay:
• internal procedures
• private matters ng organization
• confidential meetings
• initiation details
• security matters
• internal disciplinary processes
• mga dokumentong para lamang sa opisyal na miyembro

Pero ang mga prinsipyo tungkol sa:
• respeto
• brotherhood
• disiplina
• pananagutan
• tamang asal
• serbisyo sa komunidad
ay hindi naman masamang ibahagi lalo na kung educational, inspirational, at para sa tamang gabay.

Kaya maraming chapters at members ang nagpo-post ng explanations ng Tenets at Code of Conduct para ipakita na ang tunay na layunin ay magkaroon ng mabuting miyembro ng lipunan at hindi puro maling stereotype ang tingin ng tao sa fraternity.

Ang importante:
• tama ang context
• walang nilalabag na internal confidential rules
• hindi ginagamit sa maling paraan
• at nananatiling may respeto sa organization.

Let this be clear that Tau Gamma Phi Global condemns HAZING.

Those allegedly involved in the recent incident are linked to the so-called NEC, a renegade group claiming leadership of Tau Gamma Phi in the Philippines but clearly unable to control its own members and their actions.

Meanwhile, Tau Gamma Phi Global continues to uphold and comply with the Anti-Hazing Law (RA 11053). The LAW is the LAW. True leadership does not hide behind “tradition”. It stands for accountability, discipline, and respect for life.

And let it also be said, real leaders stand by their words. They sign their official statements, they put their names and addresses on them, and they take responsibility for what they declare before the public.

This position is not just spoken. It is signed by the legitimate leaders of Tau Gamma Phi Global and affirmed by the Founding Fathers themselves.

If brotherhood truly means anything, the path is clear. Follow the law. Protect lives. Hold violators accountable.

Because in the end, titles do not define leadership courage, accountability, and the willingness to stand by one’s word do.

This is not an attack.
This is a defense of the honor and future of Tau Gamma Phi.

In recent years, a dangerous direction has become clear. The pursuit of membership numbers at the expense of character and discipline.

A fraternity is not measured by how many wear its frat shirt, but by how those who wear it conduct themselves. It is not measured by handshakes or symbols, but by the strength of the principles behind them.

Many younger Triskelions today were never properly taught:

• The Tenets
• The Code of Conduct
• The History
• The responsibility that comes with membership

This is not their fault. It is the failure of a system that admitted them without formation.

When one Triskelion becomes involved in violence, crime, or scandal, it is not only that individual who is judged but the entire fraternity stands accused in the eyes of society.

This is both a legal and moral reality.
Organizations carry collective liability.
One undisciplined member can bring lawsuits, public condemnation, and irreversible damage to the whole.

That is why reckless recruitment is not growth but it is institutional self-destruction. Better to have a few disciplined Triskelion than many unaccountable ones.

Better to have
QUALITY over QUANTITY.

To the younger Triskelions
You are not the problem rather you are the ones being shaped. But when education and discipline are removed, you are left vulnerable, misdirected, and exposed to failure.

To the leadership
True leadership does not count heads.
True leadership protects standards.

Tau Gamma Phi should never become
a frat-shirt brand, a social media army, or a recruitment machine.

It must remain a brotherhood of disciplined, principled, and accountable members.

This stand is not against Tau Gamma Phi.
It is for its survival, honor, and true identity.

QUALITY builds legacy.
QUANTITY builds risk.
