After a lot of effort and sacrifice in preparing various requirements 📚🗂and navigating different levels of processes across government agencies, 🏛the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 (𝗦𝗞) 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 has officially 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙙 and 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙖 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨, effective September 15, 2025. ✍️

This achievement align with 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝘼𝙘𝙩 𝙉𝙤. 10742 𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙜𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢 𝘼𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 2015, which provides that SK shall have financial independence and control over its funds, separate from the barangay. Section 20 of the law requires that the 10% allocation of the barangay general fund for SK must be deposited in a government financial institution, specifically under the SK’s name.

To our one & only Miss Kim Kim who has patiently helped us complete our online bond, and Miss Kaycee M, who is just one call away when we need a little reassurance about unsure things and location. To SK Kagawad Ian Jay Duquez Torino, for his extra effort and support, our "takbuhan" and "911" especially when things got complicated. Of course, we couldn’t have done it without our Barangay Treasurer, Mrs. Carmelita Pascua Balitoc, and Barangay Captain, Hon. Jose Wanol, for their support and quick approval, which is necessary for this progress.
