He was accompanied throughout the event by the School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Coordinator, ๐’๐ข๐ซ ๐๐ž๐ง๐›๐จ๐ง ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐๐š๐.

Throughout the four-day event, Joshua took part in various trainings, activities, and learning experiences focused on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM). These experiences strengthened his knowledge and skills in disaster preparedness, emergency response, teamwork, leadership, and resilience.

Through this opportunity, Joshua is not only equipped with valuable knowledge and skills, but is also given the chance to share what he has learned from the event with others. By passing on these lessons and promoting the importance of disaster preparedness, he can help encourage his fellow youth and community members to become more aware, prepared, and resilient in times of emergencies and disasters.

BIGKIS 2026 was more than just an eventโ€”it was an opportunity to learn, train, and prepare so that the knowledge gained can be shared and put into action.
