Global Harmony in Hospitality: Where East meets West! Truly a celebration of Culture, Cuisine, and Connection!
The BSHM Department proudly marks the successful culmination of its exhibit "Global Harmony in Hospitality”, showcasing the rich tapestry of cultures around the world through destinations, traditional costumes, and authentic delicacies.
This remarkable event highlighted the creativity and collaboration of our 2nd to 4th year Hospitality students, integrating the learning outcomes from the following subjects, THC 9 – Macro Perspective of Tourism and Hospitality, HMPE 3 – Specialty Cuisine and HMPE 9 – Bar and Beverage Management. In supervision of the BSHM Faculty, Mr. Monchit Vendivel, Mr. NK Estrella and spearheaded by our Program Chair, Mr. Bernie Mauro.
Truly, the event embodied the spirit of hospitality, where learning meets experience, and unity thrives in diversity.
