Project ALERT

During the second quarter General PTA Meeting on December 13, 2024, The SDRRMC Chief, Dr. Patrick T. Razon highlighted the importance of the active participation of the teachers, parents and school stakeholders in supporting DRRM Advocacy.

Some of the highlights is the conduct of the Earthquake Drill with proper "Duck, Cover and Hold" as demonstrated by the member of the School L1GTAS Force. Dr. Razon also emphasised the importance of resiliency and Family Reunification Plan with the parents and stakeholders.

The active participation of the parents and stakeholders resulted to the Projects success..

International Coastal Clean-up Day 2024

Sico 1.0 Integrated National High School L1GTAS Force participated in the international coastal clean-up day conducted by Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary in Barangay Puting Buhangin, San Juan, Batangas through the leadership of the school head, Dr. Doris M. Robledo and SDRRM Coordinator, Dr. Patrick T. Razon.

The participants of the said event are the learners from different organizations like SSLG, BSP, GSP, YES-O and BKD organizations with their advisers. Other teacher participants including Ma'am Jane Marco, Head Teacher I and Ma'am Marissa Arasula Quinia, Head Teacher I also joined the said event.

The said activity aims to prepare the area for pawikan conservation program as one of the spot where pawikan lay their eggs.

Before the start of the activity, AUX CDR ANDRES LUISTRO JR. of Philippine Coast Guard gave some reminders and orientation regarding the said clean-up.

Let's save the environment for a safe and resilient community!
