Inaanyayahan namin ang lahat na makiisa sa ating Community Bloodletting Activity, katuwang ang Philippine Red Cross, na layuning makatulong sa mga nangangailangan ng dugo at makapagbigay pag-asa sa ating komunidad.

๐Ÿฉธ Mga Health Requirements para makapag-donate ng dugo:
โœ”๏ธ Edad 18โ€“65 taong gulang
โœ”๏ธ May timbang na hindi bababa sa 50 kg
โœ”๏ธ Normal na blood pressure (90โ€“140 mmHg systolic / 60โ€“90 mmHg diastolic)
โœ”๏ธ Normal na temperatura (hindi lalagpas sa 37.5ยฐC)
โœ”๏ธ Walang lagnat, ubo, sipon, o anumang karamdaman
โœ”๏ธ Walang dinaramdam na impeksyon o sakit sa araw ng donation
โœ”๏ธ Hindi buntis o nagpapasuso (para sa kababaihan)
โœ”๏ธ Hindi sumailalim sa major surgery o tattoo/piercing sa loob ng nakaraang 6โ€“12 buwan (depende sa assessment)

๐Ÿฉธ Mga paalala bago mag-donate ng dugo:
โœ”๏ธ Maayos ang pakiramdam at nakatulog nang sapat
โœ”๏ธ Kumain muna bago mag-donate
โœ”๏ธ Iwasan ang alak 24 oras bago mag-donate
โœ”๏ธ Uminom ng maraming tubig
โœ”๏ธ Magsuot ng maluwag na damit
โœ”๏ธ Magdala ng valid ID

๐Ÿ“Œ Paalala: Ang final assessment at approval ay manggagaling pa rin sa medical officer matapos ang physical examination.

Maging bayani sa simpleng paraan.
Mag-donate ng dugo at magbigay-buhay sa kapwa.

Through this initiative, we aim to encourage everyone to share their blessings through donations such as canned goods, toiletries, clothing, and other essential items. No contribution is too small because every donation can make a meaningful difference in someoneโ€™s life.
