Follow these three easy steps to complete your enrollment. Skip the long lines and finish the process online!

Step 1: Access Your Portal
Action: Log in to your SIS Account.

Tip: Have your student ID and password ready. If youโ€™ve forgotten your credentials, contact the IT helpdesk before starting.

Step 2: Settle Your Downpayment
To move forward with your registration, you must settle your initial fees.

Option A (Online): Use your preferred online wallet or digital banking app for instant convenience.

Option B (Onsite): Visit the school cashier for over-the-counter payments.

Important: Keep a copy of your receipt and wait for payment confirmation in your portal before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Online Enlistment & Approval
Save time and avoid waiting at the office! You can now process your enlistment remotely.

Action: Scan the QR Code or click the LINK below to access the online enlistment form.

Approval: Once submitted, stay tuned for the digital approval from your assigned adviser.
