Overseas Foreign/Filipino Workers Families And Citizens Abroad Isla De Carabao, is an independent group recently formed by several concerned citizens of Carabao Island living abroad. Carabao Island has more than 10,000 residents and is bucolic community on the verge of upward development but sadly has suffered from years of underdevelopment. Many residents are happy to continue to farm and fish a
nd of course this is wonderful as a continuation of our long-standing way of life in rural Philippines, but sadly there is not enough to keep our younger generation interested and many move to Boracay Island, Manila and abroad. This Group Has Multiple Purposes:
We aim to help the needy people of Carabao Island for example by collecting money donations from generous donors to buy medical supplies and rice when there are calamities and we are also collecting relief goods like clothing, rice and canned goods, providing books and school supplies to needy children and whatever we can do for the improvement of our community and for the welfare our fellow citizens of Carabao Island. We can only attain these goals with the assistance and supports of our generous donors all over the world and of course with the help of all hardworking, enthusiastic, and concerned OFW members, coordinators and citizens of Carabao Island who are cooperating with us. We urge everyone to participate in our mission so we can provide a better environment and good future to our families, relatives and friends on Carabao Island. Everyone's contributions, supports and donations will make a big difference to people's lives on Carabao Island and we will highly appreciate any gesture of helping hands.
